Pine Cliff Resort

Pine Cliff Resort was originally called Seymour’s Pine Cliff Lodge. Mr. Frank Seymour started it as a tourist lodge in the late 1940s. Many Americans came here to fish. After the lodge changed hands a few times, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor took control and changed the name to Pine Cliff Lodge. They were the ones who added tent and trailer camping to the business.

In the mid 80s, Mr. and Mrs. Allingham bought the business and changed it to its current name. They really built up the business and continue to improve and upgrade the business. Under them, it became one of the best trailer resorts and camping resorts in Ontario.

Pine Cliff Resort is host to around 80 seasonal campsites. In addition, there are about 20 overnight RV sites. This is only during the May to October period. All of the overnight guests have access to the facilities including the indoor saltwater pool, the hot tub, the fitness gym and the recreational hall.

They can also enjoy the sandy beach, basketball court, shuffleboard, water trampoline and the park-like grounds. When nature calls, restrooms are available, including hot showers.

There are lots of fun things to do and enjoy. These vary, depending on whether it is winter or summer. Many like to have outdoor fun during their stay.

Guests enjoy ice fishing, ice skating, cross country skiing, kayaking, waterskiing and fishing, to name a few.
